Delete Your CoHold Data

CoHold users may request deletion of the personal information associated with their account, profile or registration.

CoHold does not currently offer user accounts. There is no login, and no account to sign in to or close. The personal information we hold about you is the registration of interest you submitted through the website or mobile app, together with any correspondence that followed. This page explains how to have that deleted.

Send a deletion request by email to support@fracsquare.com from the email address you used when registering, and include:

1. the subject line “Data deletion request”;
2. the email address used in your registration;
3. the mobile number used in your registration; and
4. a statement confirming that you are the person who submitted the registration.

Please do not include identity documents, financial details or any other sensitive information in your request — we do not need them, and we ask that you do not send them.

To protect your information, we confirm that a request genuinely comes from the person the data relates to before we delete anything. We do this by:

• checking that the request arrives from the email address on the registration, or that the email address and mobile number given both match the registration; and
• where the details do not match, replying to the email address on the registration to confirm the request before acting on it.

We ask only for what is needed to locate the record and confirm it is yours. If we cannot reasonably verify a request, we will tell you why rather than delete another person’s data.

On a verified request, we delete or anonymise the registration record, which includes:

• your name;
• your email address and mobile number;
• the city, state and country recorded with your registration;
• the IP address recorded with your registration;
• your selected investment range and property-category preferences;
• the property your registration related to;
• your WhatsApp opt-in preference;
• the source page and campaign information recorded with your registration; and
• notes and correspondence held against your registration.

If you have saved properties to a watchlist in the mobile app, that list is stored only on your own device — never on our servers. You can clear it by removing the saved properties in the app, or by uninstalling the app.

We may retain limited information where required by applicable law, necessary to prevent fraud, resolve disputes or satisfy legal obligations. Other personal information associated with the request will be deleted or anonymised as appropriate.

In practice this may include a minimal record that a deletion request was made and actioned, and information we are required to keep for legal, accounting, audit or regulatory reasons. Anything retained is kept only for as long as that purpose requires.

Aggregated or anonymised statistics that can no longer identify you may be retained, as they are no longer personal information.

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests promptly and to complete verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law. You will receive a written confirmation by email at the address on the registration once the deletion has been completed, together with a note of anything we have had to retain and why.

If we are unable to action a request, we will explain the reason and what you can do next, including how to escalate the matter.

As well as deletion, you can ask us to give you access to the information associated with you, correct or update it, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. These requests go to the same address, and are described in full in our Privacy Policy.
